• All structures are made from 12oz(minimum) cotton duck canvas unless otherwise specified.
• The natural (off white) canvas is fire, water and rot retardant, flame retardant to BS.7837.
• Color canvas is water and rot retardant. Colors available are red, orange, yellow, sky blue, dark blue, green, olive, brown, sand and black. Due to the proofing method some color rub off is likely, color does fade over time with exposure to sunlight.
• PVC materials are flame retardant, complying with BS5867 part 2 type A when tested by BS5438 test 2.
• All softwood components are sourced locally from sustainably managed forestry.
• Most hardwood components are made in house, from locally sourced timber from sustainably managed woodlands, other components are sourced from within the British Isles.
• All ropes are made from natural fibers.
• Thread and cordage may contain synthetic fibers.

1. All quotations are free.

2. Due to the seasonal nature of our business and the relative complexity of some of our structures build times can vary, you will be informed of the estimated completion date when you place an order. Please order in good time to avoid disappointment.

3. Orders are taken on a first come first served basis, and are confirmed with a 50% deposit. Construction of structures will not start until we are in receipt of cleared funds. The deposit is non refundable once work has commenced. The balance is payable upon completion.

4. Delivery and installation charges will be quoted separately and must be paid prior to delivery.

5. Ownership and liability for goods passes to the purchaser upon collection at our place of business, or if required, after delivery and erection on site.

6. Should a product be found to be defective, please contact us within 28 days for immediate rectification.

7. All patterns and calculations pertaining to a structure remain the property of Tentworks.

8. At Tentworks we strive to improve our structures, whilst we try to update images of our tents at all times, customers should be prepared for improvements to incorporated in to their purchases which may vary slightly from the image advertised.
